We are looking for a full-time, skilled Commis Pastryfor our upscale restaurant and shop in Antalya, Turkey. Responsibilities

Preparing mise en place
Grilling meat and vegetables at the right temperature as per cooking standard
Checking that the ingredients are safe and consumable
Ensuring that the dish is served on time and in a presentable manner with the garnishes as per standard
Regulating the grill temperature
Cleaning the work station before and after food preparation
Maintaining hygiene and safety standards
Managing multiple food orders at once without any delays
Checking and receiving raw food items from suppliers
Ensuring that the dish is served at the correct temperature
