Job description Report to the Chef/Assistant Chef Consistently offer professional, friendly, and proactive service while supporting fellow Colleagues Maintain high standards of hygiene. In-charge with food inventory and dealing with deliveries Measure ingredients and sizing portions accurately Follow kitchen policies, procedures, and service standards. Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage. Have full knowledge of all menu items and specials. Prepare foods for mise en place, which involves chopping vegetables/meats, stocking stations, organizing ingredients. Washing, sanitizing, and drying dirty dishes in a timely manner. Maintaining a clean, organized, and hygienic workspace. Other duties as assigned. Job Type: Full-time
