Key Responsibilities
Assist in basic food preparation as directed by senior chefs
Support Commis II, Commis I, and CDPs during service
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
Follow food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards
Properly store food items and handle kitchen equipment safely
Assist with mise en place and basic cooking tasks
Comply with hotel policies and kitchen SOPs
Requirements
Previous kitchen experience or culinary training is an advantage
Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and food hygiene
Willingness to learn and take instructions
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
Team player with a positive attitude
