1. Maintain high standards of health and safety.
2. Prepares mis-en-place for required operation & coordinates with concerned sections
3. Prepares menu items as directed & guided by senior chefs
4. Stores all items properly in storages following proper standards
5. Follows all food preparation guidelines & assists Commis chefs in preparing all meals
6. Ensure cleanliness of all utensils, cooking equipment, working tables, cold rooms and all the kitchen areas up to the standard.
7. Ensures active participation and implementation of HACCP manual in the food and beverage service areas and carries out all standards and procedures in compliance of all HACCP CCP and standards as prescribed and stated in the manual, and as directed by Superiors.
