About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and hardworking

Commis III

to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation, a strong work ethic, and experience working in a professional hospitality kitchen. This position offers an excellent opportunity to learn, grow, and contribute to the success of our kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation and cooking of food items under the supervision of senior chefs. Follow standard recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications. Ensure all food is prepared and stored in accordance with hygiene and safety standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization in all kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils. Assist in receiving and storing kitchen supplies and ingredients. Work closely with the Commis I, Commis II, and other team members to ensure efficient operations. Support the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef in daily kitchen tasks and menu preparations. Follow all hotel policies, procedures, and quality standards. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or executive chef.

Qualifications

Diploma or certificate in Culinary Arts, Food Production, or a related field. Minimum

2 years of experience

in a hotel or restaurant kitchen (preferably in a 3-star or 4-star property). Basic knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and kitchen operations. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple tasks. Strong teamwork, communication, and time management skills. Willingness to learn and grow within the culinary team. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
