?Assist in daily food preparation, chopping, cutting, and mise en place. ?Support section chef in cooking and plating dishes as per standards. ?Maintain workstation hygiene, equipment cleanliness, and food safety. ?Follow recipes, portion control, and ensure timely preparation during service. ?Learn and adapt to new menu items and kitchen procedures.

alifications
?1-2 years of experience in hotel or restaurant kitchens (Continental or Pizza preferred). ?Basic knowledge of cooking methods, food safety, and kitchen equipment. ?Able to follow instructions and work efficiently under pressure. ?Good communication, teamwork attitude, and willingness to relocate. * ?Neat grooming and hygiene are mandatory.
