: We are looking for a Commis II to join our kitchen team and support the senior chefs in the preparation and cooking of dishes. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary arts, be eager to learn, and be able to follow instructions precisely. Responsibilities:
? Assist in the preparation of ingredients and cooking of menu items under the supervision of senior chefs.
? Follow recipes and presentation standards as directed by the Chef de Partie or Sous Chef.
? Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen areas.
? Ensure proper storage and labeling of food items.
? Assist in inventory management and stock rotation.
? Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety practices.
? Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service.
? Participate in training and development opportunities to improve skills.
? Perform other kitchen duties as assigned by senior chefs.

Qualifications:
? Proven experience as a Commis II or similar role in a professional kitchen.
? Basic knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen equipment.
? Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
? Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
? Good communication and interpersonal skills.
? High school diploma or equivalent; culinary school is a plus.
? Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
