Key Responsibilities
Assist in daily food preparation and cooking under supervision
Support Commis I and CDPs during service
Prepare mise en place according to kitchen standards
Ensure proper food storage and stock rotation
Maintain cleanliness of work areas, equipment, and utensils
Follow food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards
Comply with hotel policies and kitchen SOPs
Requirements
Minimum 1-2 years of kitchen experience in a hotel or restaurant
Basic cooking skills and knowledge of kitchen operations
Understanding of food hygiene and safety standards
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
Team-oriented with a positive attitude
