What you will be doing:

• Food preparation and cooking, plating, presentation
• Kitchen maintenance and cleaning, following food safety requirements
• Maintaining and ordering stocks and supplies
• Achieve high quality production all over cost control.
• Work in a safe manner in accordance with HACCP regulations.

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

• Preferably having Italian Cuisine background
• Minimum 1-2 year of experience in the same field.
• Able to work in a high-pressure environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; a team player
• Add diplomas/certifications required if needed
