Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Commis II or similar role in a hotel or restaurant.
Knowledge of Indian or Continental cuisine.
Basic culinary skills and techniques.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Food safety certification is a plus.
