Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Any other duties as directed by the management Ensuring all food hygiene and health and safety regulations are strictly adhered to and implements any legislation as required by UAE Law. Prepare mis-en-place adequately to meet work needs. Prepare food as per production plans in keeping with standard quality, food cost and consistency. Issue food to restaurant / banquet staff against proper documents. Food issued must adhere to standard portions and presentation. Utilize food properly to avoid wastage. Handle equipment correctly and control on fuel. Leap work place clean according to sanitation and hygiene standard. Store left over food correctly. Assist in bringing raw materials from stores in correct as prescribed in the requisition. Deputies from Commis I and assist Commis II whenever required.

Pay: Up to AED1,300.00 per month
