The Commis II - Bakery is responsible for preparing and baking a variety of bread, pastries, and other baked goods in accordance with established recipes and standards. This role supports the bakery team by maintaining hygiene standards, assisting senior chefs, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations.
Assist in the preparation, baking, and presentation of baked goods.
Measure and mix ingredients using baking equipment and tools.
Monitor baking times and oven temperatures to ensure high-quality outcomes.
Assist in stock rotation and inventory control of bakery ingredients.
Receive and inspect deliveries related to bakery supplies.
Support in preparing items for buffets, events, and special orders.
