You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with
Palma Beach Resort & SPA
, whilst meeting guest and owner expectations.Commis I- Hot Kitchen - Arabic Cuisine
Previous experiences in 4/5hotel/ resort
Professional kitchen apprenticeship or chefs training course.
Excellent Culinary skills.
HACCP knowledge
Good communication skills
Proven track of food preparation, presentation and preservation knowledge is essential
