I'm building my team for a one-of-a-kind pre-opening project in Ras Al Khaimah. This is an opportunity to be part of something new crafted from the ground up with a strong focus on locally sourced ingredients, creativity, and purposeful cooking.
Commis I
- Assist senior chefs in food preparation and basic cooking tasks across various sections.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation and kitchen equipment.
- Follow recipes, portion sizes, and presentation guidelines accurately.
- Learn and apply new cooking techniques under supervision for skill development.
