- You\xe2\x80\x99ll ensure all food produced is in line with kitchen recipes and standards.
- You\xe2\x80\x99ll check all food is stored and handled as per current food health and hygiene regulations.
- You\xe2\x80\x99ll monitor daily kitchen food and product requirements and advise Executive Chef of these well in advance.
- You\xe2\x80\x99ll ensure proper hygiene as per Dubai Municipality / Food control
- You\xe2\x80\x99ll communicate effectively with the rest of the team and thrive for guest feedback
- Must have at least 1-2 years of experience as a Commis Chef in a reputed hotel
- You can inspire your fellow heartists just as you can inspire your guests. On top of this, you\xe2\x80\x99re hungry for new food concepts.
