Job Description

Support the culinary team in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of high-quality dishes in the hot kitchen section. The Commis I will follow hygiene, food safety, and recipe standards, assisting senior chefs to ensure smooth kitchen operations and consistently exceptional guest experiences. This role requires a passion for cooking, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare, cook, and present hot kitchen menu items to the highest culinary and hygiene standards, as directed by senior chefs.
Assist in the set-up and breakdown of the hot kitchen section at the start and end of each shift, ensuring all equipment and ingredients are ready for service.
Follow standard recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications to maintain consistency of food quality and safety
Assist colleagues in other kitchen sections as required to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy periods.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards at all times.
