Responsible in preparing a consistent, high-quality food product, ensure courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service and Resort's operational standards.
Maintain sanitation standards to optimum conditions.
To work as directed on station of assignment under appropriate Chef de Partie.
Ensure the highest standards and consistent quality in the daily preparation and keep up to date with the new products, recipes and preparation technique.
Control food stock and food cost in his section/kitchen.
Need to be flexible and willing to help other departments at busy times as and when required.
