to join our production team. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in professional kitchens or chocolaterie environments and is eager to work with high-quality ingredients while maintaining exceptional standards.Key Responsibilities:
Assist in daily chocolate and pastry production Prepare ingredients according to recipes and production plans Support senior chocolatiers and chefs during production Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen/workstation Follow food safety, hygiene, and quality standards at all times Ensure consistency and excellence in product presentation
Requirements:
Minimum
3 years of relevant experience
in a professional kitchen, pastry, or chocolaterie environment Basic knowledge of chocolate handling and pastry techniques Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learnJob Type: Full-time
