We are currently looking for Commis Chef applicants for a South Korean Cuisine Restaurant in Sharjah. The ideal candidate has a strong passion for culinary excellence and a keen eye for detail. You will assist the senior chefs in providing exceptional food quality and presentation.
Responsibilities
- Assist the kitchen staff in all aspects of food production
- Evaluate food products to ensure consistent quality standards
- Directs food preparation and collaborates with the executive chef.
- Helps in the design of food and drink menus.
- Produces high-quality plates, including both design and taste.
- Assists with menu planning, inventory, and management of supplies.
- Keeps stations clean and complies with food safety standards.
- Offers suggestions and creative ideas that can improve the kitchen's performance.
- Prepares food properly.
Qualifications
KNOWLEDGE OF KOREAN/JAPANESE CUISINE IS NEEDED
At least 1 year of kitchen experience in UAE
Preferably have experience in breakfast type of food
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
