• Maintain food quality while optimizing the use of raw materials
• Present dishes in line with hotel and brand standards
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver smooth service
• Adhere to hygiene, safety, and sanitation policies at all times

Candidate Profile

• 2-3 years of experience as a Commis Chef, preferably in a hotel kitchen
