dedicated and enthusiastic Commis Chef

to become an integral part of our growing culinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

Food Preparation:

Efficiently prepare and cook both cold and hot dishes in your assigned section.

Quality Service:

Deliver exceptional service while upholding high standards, showing a positive attitude, and promoting team spirit.

Mise en Place:

Organize ingredients and equipment in preparation for service.

Recipe Adherence:

Follow standardized recipes to ensure consistency and quality.

Waste Management:

Reduce waste and manage spoilage responsibly.

Flexibility:

Support other kitchen sections as directed by the Chef de Partie.

Work Schedule:

Willingness to work various shifts, split duties, and overtime as needed.

Professionalism:

Maintain a high level of service for guests and colleagues alike.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential. Strong passion for culinary arts and a desire to grow professionally. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
