Job Summary

We are looking for a

fast, proactive, and reliable Commis

to join our

bulk production team

. This role is best suited for candidates from a

catering or large-scale food production background

who are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting daily production targets.

Key Responsibilities

Perform daily vegetable cutting according to required specifications and portion sizes Assist with bulk meal preparation, portioning, and plating Accurately bag and label meals as per production plans Follow SOPs to ensure consistency, quality, and food safety Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and kitchen cleanliness Clean and sanitize workstations, tools, and equipment Assist with receiving, organizing, and storing raw materials when required Coordinate with chefs and supervisors to meet production deadlines Report any quality or hygiene issues immediately Support additional production tasks as assigned

Requirements

Catering or bulk production kitchen experience preferred

Previous experience in a production kitchen or food service environment Strong knife skills and ability to work in high-volume production Quick, proactive, and able to work efficiently under pressure Ability to follow instructions, portioning guidelines, and SOPs accurately Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices Physically fit and able to stand for long hours Punctual, disciplined, and dependable
