Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Assist in the preparation and cooking of menu items as per recipes and standards Follow instructions from the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, tools, and workstations Prepare ingredients (washing, chopping, marinating, etc.) Maintain proper food storage and labeling standards Comply with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations Support senior chefs during service and peak hours Minimize food wastage and handle ingredients responsibly

Requirements & Qualifications:



Basic culinary knowledge or certification preferred Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant kitchen is an advantage Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED1,600.00 - AED1,700.00 per month
