Role Overview:

IIQAF is excited to announce an opening for a Commis Chef to join our talented culinary team in Dubai. This full-time, on-site position is ideal for individuals looking to kickstart their career in the vibrant hospitality industry. As a Commis Chef, you will be immersed in a dynamic kitchen environment, where you will learn and grow under the guidance of experienced chefs.

We offer a competitive salary range of AED 8,500 - AED 11,000 monthly, along with a supportive work environment that encourages creativity and professional development.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation and cooking of menu items Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen Follow recipes and presentation specifications accurately Maintain food safety and hygiene standards at all times Collaborate with team members to meet service demands Help with inventory management and stock rotation Participate in kitchen training and development programs Assist in the creative development of new dishes

Requirements:

No formal experience required; passion for cooking is essential Basic knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong teamwork and communication skills Attention to detail and commitment to quality Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges Knowledge of food safety regulations is a plus High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
