Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and cooking of dishes as per kitchen standards.
Ensure food preparation areas are clean and organized.
Follow recipes and guidelines provided by senior chefs.
Maintain hygiene and food safety standards in accordance with health regulations.
Support stock control, ensuring proper storage of ingredients and minimizing waste.
Assist in receiving and inspecting deliveries for quality and freshness.
Learn and develop culinary skills under the guidance of senior chefs.
Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
Previous kitchen experience is a plus but not essential.
Culinary education or training is advantageous.
Passion for cooking and willingness to learn.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Ability to work under pressure in a team environment.
Good communication and time management skills.
