Prepare and cook authentic Chinese dishes items as per the menu.
Assist the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations.
Ensure consistent food quality and presentation.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation and kitchen equipment.
Monitor food stock levels and report shortages in a timely manner.
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Chinese cuisine at a Hotel
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Formal culinary training or diploma is an advantage.
UAE experience is a must
