We are looking for a passionate and skilled Commis Chef with extensive experience on the grill to join our kitchen team. You will play a crucial role in preparing high-quality burgers and ensuring that our kitchen runs smoothly during busy service hours. POS/cashier knowledge and experience is required.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate the grill efficiently while maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. Assist in the preparation of burgers and other menu items. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following food safety guidelines. Conduct inventory count and efficiently handle order entry and closing on the POS system.
Requirements:
Previous experience working on the grill in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage time effectively. A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
