We Are Hiring: Dynamic Commis Chef
Position: Full-time
We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Commis Chef to join our kitchen team! If you have a strong work ethic, are eager to learn, and thrive in a team environment, we'd love to meet you.
Key Duties:
Assist senior chefs in preparing and cooking high-quality dishes.
Handle basic prep tasks: chopping, portioning, marinating, etc.
Ensure all ingredients and workstations meet hygiene and safety standards.
Help with stock rotation and daily mise en place.
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen area.
Stay adaptable to changing menus and new tasks.
Take initiative to learn new cooking methods and recipes.
Bring energy, creativity, and a positive attitude to the team daily.

Some prior kitchen experience is required
