About the role:

Are you passionate about culinary arts and have a flair for preparing dishes with precision and creativity? We are looking for a Commi Chef (Mediterranean Cuisine) to join our dynamic kitchen team and contribute to delivering high-quality dining experiences. This role is perfect for someone passionate about cooking and eager to learn in a fast-paced culinary environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation and presentation of salads, cold appetizers, dressings, sandwiches, and other cold items. Ensure all dishes are prepared according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the cold kitchen section. Support the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef in daily operations. Check and manage inventory levels for cold section ingredients. Follow food safety procedures and kitchen protocols consistently.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Commi Chef in the cold kitchen (minimum 2 years preferred). Culinary diploma or certification is an advantage. Good understanding of food hygiene and safety standards. Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment. Passion for food and keen attention to detail. Willingness to learn and grow within the kitchen brigade.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
