Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen.
Follow recipes and presentation specifications as set by the kitchen.
Assist with receiving and storing deliveries correctly.
Label and date all food items as per company policy.
Ensure proper use and storage of all kitchen equipment.
Learn and adhere to all food safety and health regulations.
Help with stock rotation and reduction of kitchen waste.
Support other kitchen sections when needed (hot, cold, pastry, etc.).
