Job Description

Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of food as directed by the Chef de Partie or Sous Chef. Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen. Follow recipes and presentation specifications as set by the kitchen. Assist with receiving and storing deliveries correctly. Label and date all food items as per company policy. Ensure proper use and storage of all kitchen equipment. Learn and adhere to all food safety and health regulations. Help with stock rotation and reduction of kitchen waste. Support other kitchen sections when needed (hot, cold, pastry, etc.).

Requirements:



Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety. Culinary certificate or equivalent (preferred but not always required). Willingness to learn and follow instructions. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Good team spirit and communication skills. Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,100.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
