The Role
About the Client: A high-end casual dining restaurant. : . Prepares and cooks food and prepare ingredients as per requisitions, recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist . Completes all required checklists for each shift and makes daily production lists for his/her section in absence of the Chef de Partie . Operates kitchen equipment and tools, ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers . Minimize spoilage, waste, proper storage and exercising strict portion control as per operating procedure . Assists other chefs, measure ingredients, and clean stations
Requirements
Position Title: Commi 1 Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 3.5K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE Qualifications: . 35 years old and below . At least 2 years of proven work experience in a high-end restaurant or high-quality restaurant environment, such as Michelin Star rated, or equivalent is strongly preferred . Knowledge of HACCP general health & safety in the workplace . Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
