Assist senior chefs in food preparation and cooking
Follow recipes, portion control, and presentation standards
Prepare ingredients (washing, cutting, measuring)
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and kitchen areas
Ensure proper food storage and labeling
Follow hygiene, health, and safety regulations at all times
Assist with stock rotation and inventory control
Carry out any other duties assigned by senior kitchen staff
