Key Responsibilities
Prepare ingredients and assist in cooking under supervision of DCDP or CDP.
Ensure proper handling, storage, and labeling of all food items.
Maintain high standards of kitchen cleanliness and hygiene.
Follow recipe and portion control standards.
Support team members during busy service hours.
Comply with all food safety and health regulations.
Requirements
Minimum
2 years of experience
in a similar role (Commis Chef / Kitchen Assistant).
Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen equipment.
Locally available
with valid QID and transferable visa (preferred).
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
