The Potato Spot is looking for a skilled and motivated
Chef
to join our food concept at Festival Land, Ajman.Role Overview
We are seeking a chef who can confidently prepare baked potatoes and shawarma, while also bringing creativity and new dish ideas that align with our brand. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on cooking in a fast-paced food stall environment and wants to be part of a growing concept.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve baked potatoes with a variety of toppings Prepare shawarma (chicken and/or beef) to a high standard Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation Follow food hygiene and safety standards at all times Assist with food preparation and daily operations Contribute ideas for new dishes and menu development
Requirements
Experience in preparing baked potatoes and shawarma Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Creative mindset and willingness to try new ideas Reliable, punctual, and hardworking Experience in food stalls, food trucks, or quick-service restaurants is an advantage
