As a Chef, you will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes to our customers.
Manage stock, kitchen hygiene, and line efficiency
Collaborate with Head Chef to enhance menu innovation
Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, cakes, breads, and desserts according to recipes and standards.
o Design and create visually appealing and delicious pastry items for daily service and special occasions.
o Develop new recipes and seasonal dessert menus to enhance the dining experience.
o Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation of all pastry products. o
Manage ingredient inventory and place orders to maintain stock levels while minimizing waste.
o Ensuring adherence to best practices and kitchen safety. o Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment, following all food safety and hygiene regulations.
o Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and innovations in pastry and hot kitchen.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
