Job Description
Sweet Greens is looking for a Commis Chef to support daily kitchen operations by assisting in food preparation, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparation and cooking of menu items as per recipes and standards Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations at all times Support senior chefs in daily kitchen tasks Ensure proper storage and labeling of food items Maintain cleanliness of workstations and kitchen equipment Minimize food waste and handle ingredients efficiently Comply with health and safety guidelines
Requirements
Previous kitchen experience preferred (fresh graduates welcome) Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Willingness to learn and take instructions Team-oriented with a positive attitude
