9-Knowledgeable in Breakfast dishes from around the world. Desserts and Sweets
10-Estimate the daily production needs and checking the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure that standards are met
11-Comply with sanitation and safety standards of UAE Health and Safety Regulations
12-Make store requisition on daily, weekly & monthly basis
13-Knowledge of all standard procedures and policies pertaining to food preparation, receiving, storage and sanitation.
