Job Description
Job Purpose:
To assist in the preparation, cooking, serving, and maintenance of food items at the food truck, ensuring high-quality standards, hygiene, and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in
preparing and cooking menu items
(snacks, beverages, fast food, etc.) as per standard recipes and quality guidelines. Support infood plating, wrapping, and packaging
for take-away orders. Handlegrill, fryer, and other kitchen equipment
safely and hygienically. Maintaincleanliness and sanitation
of the food truck, kitchen tools, and work area at all times. Ensureproper storage and labeling
of food ingredients and raw materials. FollowFIFO (First In, First Out)
method for food stock rotation. Assist ininventory control
and report low stock items to the supervisor. Handlecustomer orders, billing, and service
when required. Ensureadherence to food safety standards
and local health regulations. Support the team indaily opening and closing duties
of the food truck.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
