Job Summary:
As a Commis Chef, you will support our kitchen team in preparing high-quality dishes while maintaining strict hygiene and food safety standards. This is an ideal role for individuals looking to build a culinary career from the ground up in a supportive and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and cooking of menu items under the guidance of senior chefs. Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations. Ensure ingredients are prepped, labeled, and stored correctly. Follow food safety and sanitation procedures consistently. Assist with receiving and checking kitchen deliveries. Be eager to learn and take feedback to improve culinary skills.
Requirements:
Previous kitchen experience or culinary school training preferred but not mandatory. Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety. Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn. Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
