Immediately needed : Commis Chef for UNCLE SHAWERMA RESTAURANT - MUROOR

Responsible and Maintaining high standard of food quality and hygiene at the highest level
Responsible with the mis en place and kitchen preparation
Responsible for the cleanliness of the kitchen area
Ensure the kitchen meets all necessary regulations such as sanitary and food safety guidelines
Keep track of food consumption and wastage. Knowledge on full kitchen reports.
Report to Head Chef for any issues in the kitchen
Willing to be trained and must have a good character
at least 2 years experience of KITCHEN & RESTAURANT OPERATION
