Comms chefs
cooking and presentation of meals in the Back of House and assist in the
planning and managing of activities related to the kitchen, including menu
creation and management of kitchen staff.
An integral part of your responsibilities will be to actively manage all aspects
of the kitchen and delegate tasks to the junior kitchen staff accordingly. Assist
Second Commis in the development of new menu ideas.
Ensure compliance to all relevant Health, Safety and Environment
management procedures.
Supervise and check every dish before it is delivered to guest, to ensure
highest quality standards are maintained.
