Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and produce high-quality dishes under the supervision of senior chefs, maintaining consistency and portion control.
• Support daily mise en place and ensure all sections are fully prepared before service.
• Maintain kitchen hygiene and comply with food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
• Assist with stock rotation, inventory management, and minimizing food wastage.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations.
• Follow standard operating procedures and contribute to improving kitchen efficiency.
• Demonstrate passion for food, creativity, and willingness to learn new techniques and cuisines.

Ideal Profile

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel, resort, or fine-dining restaurant.
• Formal culinary training or diploma preferred.
