Full job description Filipino Commi Chef:
  • 2+ years experience in cooking Filipino Cuisine
  • (Cooking of Filipino food as per the taste bud compliance of Filipino nationality.)
\xc2\xb7 Performs cooking, cleaning, delivery, and other support duties as instructed by the chef de partie. \xc2\xb7 Help ensure that a kitchen\'s operations run smoothly by assisting in basic needs of the kitchen, such as preparing ingredients. \xc2\xb7 Adhering to all training standards as established by the store and executive chef is important. \xc2\xb7 Must be responsible for assisting the kitchen team in food preparation, recipe development, and ensuring that all dishes are prepared according to the required standards. Commi Chef of other nationalities:
  • 2+ years experience in cooking
\xc2\xb7 Commi chefs are junior culinary employees who help prepare food and ensure that a kitchen is run to the required standard. \xc2\xb7 In most kitchens, they perform food preparation work and basic cooking under the supervision of a chef de partie or section chef. \xc2\xb7 They rotate through different sections of the kitchen, such as pastry, grill, or saut\xc3\xa9, to gain experience in various areas. \xc2\xb7 Their responsibilities include cooking, cleaning, delivery, and other support duties to assist the chef de partie in a commercial kitchen Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED1,800.00 - AED2,000.00 per month Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED1,800.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
