We're seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Commis to join our culinary team in the Meat / Butchery Department. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in Continental cuisine or skills in butchery and pantry operations.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and processing of meats according to our standards and recipes, to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience.
This role involves cutting, trimming, and preparing various types of meats (such as beef, poultry, and seafood).
You'll also be required to adhere to hygiene and safety regulations, maintenance of inventory, and ensure the cleanliness of the butchery area. This role demands precision, skill in using butchery tools, and a commitment to delivering high-quality ingredients for the hotel's culinary offerings

Pay: AED1,300.00 - AED1,700.00 per month
