to join our growing culinary team!Key Responsibilities:
Food Preparation:
Prepare and cook both hot and cold dishes efficiently in your assigned section.Quality Service:
Deliver exceptional service, maintain high standards, and foster a positive team spirit.Mise en Place:
Organize ingredients and tools before service.Recipe Adherence:
Follow standardized recipes to ensure consistent quality.Waste Management:
Manage spoilage and reduce waste responsibly.Flexibility:
Support other sections as directed by the Chef de Partie.Work Schedule:
Willing to work various shifts, including split duties and overtime.Professionalism:
Maintain excellent standards with both guests and colleagues.Qualifications:
Prior experience in a similar role is
preferred
but not essential. A strongpassion for culinary arts
and a desire to grow. Ability to work in afast-paced, high-pressure
environment. Strong communication andteamwork skills
. Flexibility to workweekends, holidays, and varied shifts
