Applications are invited from suitably qualified & experienced candidates to join our team as Commis 3- Bakery. The key duties & responsibilities of this position include,
- Prepare all food in the highest quality and present it in the best appetizing manner, and dispense food only against valid docket.
- Prepare breads and pastries, including preparing doughs and fillings, proofing, baking, and decorating as appropriate. Review the production sheet to understand variety of baked goods to be produced daily.
- Extensive knowledge & experience in Catering
- Proficient with local rules and regulations involving health and safety & HACCP
- Have strong organizational and time management skills with a high degree of flexibility.
- Excellent team management, communication, and listening skills
- Degree / Diploma in Culinary
- 2-3 year experience in the similar position or related professional area
- Ability to work independently as a member of a team with minimal supervision available to join immediately preferably located in UAE
