Job Description

To maintain the Physical Product and to advise of any faults To attend trainings set by company and or their seniors To fully understand and take appropriate action to maintain a safe and equitable working environment whilst being sensitive to, and aware of, business levels in order to maintain a disciplined but harmonious department. Maintain good colleagues\xe2\x80\x99 relations Work to the specifications received by the Sous Chef regarding portion size, quantity and quality as laid down in the recipe index maintaining standards and consistency To understand and to be aware of food costs within your department. Pass all information to the next shift about functions through a proper hand over system. Adhere to all Leopard Pots Policies and guidelines
  • Any other duties as may reasonably be requested by the management.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Proven experience as a Commis or in similar role.
A good knowledge and understanding of Culinary.
  • Completed kitchen apprentice or chefs training courses for at least one year.
Flexible Previous F&B knowledge
  • High school degree
Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED1.00 - AED2.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Fujairah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
