AL MAHA Catering is hiring two skilled and motivated Commis 2 chefs to join our dynamic team in Dubai. Candidates should have a solid culinary background and the ability to perform effectively in a professional kitchen.
Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing and cooking a variety of dishes as per standard recipes. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen. Ensure consistent adherence to food safety and hygiene standards. Support senior chefs with daily operations and mise en place. Monitor and restock ingredients and kitchen supplies as needed.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Commis in a professional kitchen. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment.
