Position Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and skilled
Commis 2
with prior experience in thebakery/pastry section
. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, efficient, and eager to grow in a dynamic kitchen environment.Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing a wide variety of baked goods, including croissants, cakes, and desserts Support the Chef de Partie and senior bakers in daily production tasks Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bakery section Follow recipes and presentation standards with precision Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met consistently
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a professional bakery or pastry kitchen Basic knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and tools Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team Passion for baking and attention to detail
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
Experience:
Bekery/Pastry Kitchen: 1 year (Preferred)
