Department: F & B Reports to: Chef de Partie, Chef de Cuisine
Location : Abu Dhabi
Role overview:
To prepare and cook food on a daily basis according to business requirements and as directed by the Chef de Partie, Chef de Cuisine.
Assisting Chef de Partie, Chef de Cuisine in meal preparations, receiving deliveries, and rotating stock. Conditions of work While main duties are predominately carried out in the F & B facility, work may be required in other areas of the property.
Qualification:
High School GED in Hospitality or certification in culinary arts
Fresher or minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in the same field
Previous training for Essential Food & Safety in the UAE (EFST), Food Hygiene, etc.
Has full knowledge of hygiene, hotel safety, and emergency procedure
Strong stamina because this job will require you to stand in a long period
Ability to work well with others
Ability to accept criticism and work well under pressure
